How can I identify people who are not responding?
You are here:
< Back
To view your company’s response rates, start with your company wide Dashboard. You will see a tile that shares Response Rate Distribution. Your company’s response rate is broken down into three percentages: the percentage of strong responders, average responders, and poor responders.

There is a button within that box, Low Activity Users, will produce that list when you press it.

The list shows their names and email addresses and allows you to copy the list of email addresses to your clipboard. This makes is easy for you to then contact every low activity user in one email.
