This video will teach you everything you need to know about Rhabit objectives.

Understand the Columns

The dashboard has three important columns. Each column holds objectives in different states of progress.

Objectives that are In Progress are objectives that the owner is currently working on. Once the owner has completed an objective, the objective moves to Awaiting Reviews.

Once all Reviews have been completed the objective is moved to Reviewed.

Abandoned Objectives are simply objectives that are no longer needed. Rhabit keeps these objectives for a little while before deleting them.

How to complete an Objective?

Click on the objective you want to complete and open it. At the bottom is an “Add Review” button. Once you add a review, the objective is considered complete.

Viewing Objectives as an Owner versus a Stakeholder

On the left of your dashboard, you can select which objectives you want to view.

My Objectives show you objectives that you own.

Objectives I Review are objectives that you evaluate (you are a stakeholder).

My Team’s Objectives are objectives owner by anyone reporting to you. This is empty unless you are a manager of a team.
